Incorrect time and tracking on Inspire HR

I am trying to reset the time on my tracker as it is about 5 minutes slow.  I have tried to update, I turned on and off the automatic time zone and synced it. It is still 5 minutes behind.

 

Also, since March 13 it is no longer tracking my sleep or my resting hearting.  Here again, I have tried to update and sync and restart.  Nothing works.  Have you put the tracking of sleep and resting heart rate on the premium plan?  If so it would have been nice to be notified.  The tracking of sleep and resting heart rate were part of the tracker when I bought it and it is not right to suddenly put them behind a paywall if that is the case.

 

I would appreciate some help on this.
