Incorrect time on my Inspire HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So.. I’ve had my inspire hr for a few months now and I noticed that it’s been running slow. It’s been consistently 5-7 mins behind what my phone, and the clocks at work all read. I have restarted, synced my Fitbit to my phone multiple times with either no change, or very temporary change. This is getting super irritating as I use my inspire as a watch at work.

Thanks for reaching out the Fitbit Forums @ChaotixParadox

Thanks for trying those steps. That's a pretty weird thing. If your Fitbit is syncing with your phone, it should be showing the correct time. Usually, your Fitbit device's time should be changing automatically with your phone if the App has the "Automatic Time Zone" turn on in the "Advance Settings". You will find this information here: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes.

Time has been set to ‘Set Automatically’ since I first set it up. But I turned it off, synced it, turned ‘set automatically’ back on. It’s now reading the same time as my phone, we’ll see if it slips out of time again. Most of these fixes are temporary at best.
