I had the same problem on my IPhone App but tap the edit icon (pencil) on the right of the word today. This brings up a page Choose focus. SIDE SWIPE to the left to bring up the activity that you want as your main focus.

Welcome to the community @Katedltn @TomB2023
It's good to see you around @textmum.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the new app.
Let me inform you that this option has been modified in order to provide you with more options for customizing the display. Let's take a look:
First, you must press the little pen that allows you to change the dashboard.
After then, swipe all the way to the left until the costume layout displays.
When you touch it, you will be able to select the location and metric you wish to view.

Can someone tell me how to show the remaining battery percentage? I used to get that during a sync, but its not showing now. And, I can't find it in the settings.

On the home page click on the device/app icon on the top left of the screen
the next screen shows your “connected to fitbit” and your devices below. Click on your device and it gives your device details and the battery status. It does not give a percentage though my device needs updating so I don’t know if that would improve
Perhaps @ManuFitbit can clarify

Tom,
I followed your instructions. It does give me a battery status of "full", although my Charge 5 just reported it was at 85% when I plugged it into the recharge cord.
If I have my druthers, I'd like to see the battery percent remaining like before.
