My fitbit app stopped connecting with my Inspire Hr yesterday. I tried restarting my phone and app and turning bluetooth off and on. It did not help.
I uninstalled the fitbit app and reinstalled it. I began setting up my Inspire HR device and it will not progress beyond the four digit pairing code.
I enter the code and it will say 'connecting' for a few minutes then 'Sorry, the setup is taking longer than usual. Please be patient. We're on it!'
After that it says my bluetooth needs to be turned on but I have it on already. I've had this device less than a year and haven't had this problem before. I've made sure the permissions on my phone allow fitbit to access my location at all times and not just when the app is open.
Is there anything else I can do?
