Inpire HR won't turn on

My Fitbit inspire HR will not turn on. I've tried connecting it to the charger and holding down the button on the side for 10 seconds and the smiley face will briefly appear and then it goes back to a black screen. I've tried multiple USB ports and cleaned the sensors with alcohol on a cotton ball. I've also tried installing the update and changing the face but the app doesn't seem to be finding my Fitbit. There are no green lights flashing on the back either. Is there anything else I can tey?

Yes, I have tried all of these steps - or the ones that I can because the device won't turn on and it is not detected so I cant update it.
