While using your phone or pressing watch button the app should not record sleeping.

Hello @User070425 and welcome to the Community.  True sleep is an EEG diagnosis.  The main thing Fitbit uses to start sleep is lack of wrist movement.  Can you share more details about your experience with your Inspire 2 and someone might be able to give you more insight.

I can get false sleep while reading, meditating or watching TV/movie.  Things where I don't move.
