A few days ago my Insipe HR died in spite of me charging int earlier that day. Since then I can't get it to charge. I tried the recommended steps, plugging into the computer, and holding the button for 5 seconds. I don't know if there is anything else I haven't tried. It's a year old, is it just shot?
