Inspiere 2 data not showing in app anymore

My data is no longer showing in my app so after reading numerous posts, to troubleshoot I disconnected my inspire 2 from the app, “forgot device” in Bluetooth settings, deleted and redownloaded the app, and am trying to reconnect my device to the phone app. Now my inspire2 won’t even connect to the app. Has anybody got any ideas of how to cross this bridge? Thanks!
