Inspire 2 Band Not Staying On

Hi!! I recently disconnected my Fitbit from the band that came when I got it to try and clean this band but now I can’t get my Fitbit to stay connected to the band. It’s like one side just won’t stay in place and is super loose. I’m not sure what to do. Thank you!!

Hi @emsrose It is possible you need a new band, so I'd suggest you try a different band if you have access to one. If not, perhaps try buying a new one. If that doesnt help, then if the watch is still under warranty contact Fitbit Support
