My Inspire 2 is not alerting me calls messages and not alerting get moving at 10 min to the hour ? I have tried all the suggestions making sure everything is turned on  notifications and settings on my IPhone are on

I found out why on mine, go to settings on your Fitbit (swipe down 7 times) and turn off sleep mode! Mine was set to on! Good luck!

I have an android phone and mine stopped sending notifications too. Not sure if you can help or not

I checked the sleep mode and it was off but found out the DO NOT DISTURB was on. Turned it off all good now

I guess I should say where the Do Not Disturb is on the Inspire 2. Scroll up to settings on the Fitbit and it’s located in settings
