Inspire 2 GPS not working with Android device.

Hello, 

 

if I stop a workout(run) on my fitbit inspire2 device, the device records the run (heartrate, km, ...) but the GPS stops immidiatly. On the map in the Fitbit App it shows for a 4km run 200m or less. This also stops the workouts to be exported to Strava. 

The GPS on the phone works with all other apps (Strava, Google Maps), the Fitbit app says it has full GPS signal (it also has the necessary rights in Android to use the GPS). 

The Fitbit device is brand new. 

 

Any ideas? Like this it isn't usable at all...
