Inspire 2 HRV and Daily Readiness when unwell

I have an Inspire 2. I have Covid-19 so haven’t been doing much over the last few days. My daily readiness scores have been 100, 100 and 94 over the last 3 days. I also was awake for 2 hours in the middle of last night (not Covid-19 related). My sleep score was 63, with ‘Time Asleep’ being 34/50, ‘Deep and REM’ being 18/25 and ‘Restoration’ being 11/25. Why would Fitbit decide that my ‘Readiness’ is ‘Excellent’?  Also, I had almost my highest HRV last night- 71. It is usually around 48 to 50. I am very fit, but why would HRV be near it’s highest when I am fighting an infection?

@Ali_63   Your daily readiness score is based on available data.  Your Fitbit doesn't "know" that you are ill.  The same thing happened to me when I had Covid.

Thanks for your reply.  I was aware that the Daily Readiness score is determined from available data but I would have expected that a higher resting heart rate, faster breathing rate, low restoration score from sleep data and significantly lower active minutes would be enough clues to assess a person's readiness as lower.  It would be helpful if there was an option to record an illness and the app take this into consideration.

I'm into Day 4 of  Covid and my 5th day of very low active minutes.  When I'm well,  I average 107 active minutes per day.  Over the last week,  the maximum I have achieved is 42 and on 4 days I have achieved less than 10 active minutes. However,  my readiness score today is again 'excellent ' and I'm being encouraged to go over 145 active minutes.
