Inspire 2 Home Screen stuck on heart rate

My inspire 2 won’t change the metric showing under the clock on the Home Screen. I’m tapping as usual to change to steps and active minute but it’s got stuck on heart rate only

Have you tried restarting your Inspire 2?

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  4. Release the buttons. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
