Inspire 2: No Readiness Score/Please wear your device

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I'm on Fitbit Premium, and my device is Inspire 2.  When I click on Readiness, the app says, "No Readiness Score/Please wear your device." This problem started 5 days ago; before that, Readiness Score was working fine. I also have an intermittent problem where the app tells me "No Sleep Score/Please wear your device." I bought Fitbit primarily to monitor my sleep disorder, so this malfunction is extremely disappointing.

Since 8/6, when I first activated premium, I’ve worn it 24 hrs a day, not counting charging time and showers. What’s the solution for this issue? How do I get my Readiness Score?

Thanks, Clay

P.S. I searched the forums and found this thread under Sense: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/Sense-How-do-I-get-a-readiness-score/td-p/5053009 Apparently it still has not been resolved, and that thread goes back to 1/13/2022.

Hi @LBud1. It's good to see you participating in the community for the first time.

Thanks for providing the details about your Inspire 2.

Even if you have been using the readiness score before, I just want to confirm the following points with you:

Your daily readiness score is based on data collected by your Fitbit device, could you please confirm if you've been getting, heart rate data, sleep data and Heart-rate variability (HRV)? In the meantime, please make sure of the following:

  • You must use a compatible device. For a list of compatible devices, see Who can see a daily readiness score in the Fitbit app?
  • To receive your daily readiness score, you must wear your Fitbit device 14 hours per day for at least 4 days and nights. To continue receiving a score, wear your device 4+ nights per week.
  • If you already received your first score, make sure you wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night), then check your score after you wake up in the morning. To see a daily readiness score, you must wear your Fitbit device for at least 14 hours.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.

If you're still not receiving readiness score and you meet all the requirements mentioned earlier, please restart your device following these steps.
