Hi,
Fitbit stopped recording my sleep and sportsacticities for a few weeks now. I did the following,but nothing worked.
- bluetooth is on
- Fitbit is connected and counts my steps
- app is geupdated
- soft reset done
- deleted the Fitbit app and installed it again.

@Herma_81 you may want to verify that your Inspire 2 is not set to "On Clip" because that would disable the heart rate feature. To check this, press and hold both buttons on the sides of the device. You'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. It should say "On Wrist". If it says "On Clip", tap on that and change it to "On Wrist" to enable heart rate detection.

In addition to what alexthecat suggested (secret settings, hold both side buttons for a second or two to access), make sure heart rate is enabled in the regular settings (tap both side buttons and scroll up to gear icon settings, then scroll down a couple)
