Walk 20 minutes and track time in app is at 10 minutes. Got no notice in app about exercise.

@K2624 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.
Just to avoid confusions:
After syncing your Inspire 2 do you see the steps and other data on the app?
How do you want to record your walk, do you start it on the Inspire 2 or do you let it autorecognize it?
If the last one, do you do pauses longer than 30 seconds during the walk?

@K2624 Thank you for your reply.
There can be various reasons why your activities were not recorded or recognized correctly
For example, the activity is not fully recognized by your movement patterns.
You paused for more than 30 seconds during the first few minutes, so the tracker might "think" the exercise was over.
I recommend restarting your tracker and setting the start times for the activities differently. For example, set it to 10 minutes for a walk, 15 for a run, 20 for an outdoor bike ride, etc., and/or ignoring the activities you don't use.Can I change how my activities are tracked?
You can find the instructions for this here.
Please let me know if you should have any questions.
