With no changes on my part, the reminder to move won't remain activated. When I press the button on the app, it turns green. When I go back to the home screen and return to "Reminders to move" I keep finding it's turned itself off.
I appreciate the FitBit device, but it's consistent problems where it changes settings without alerting me is making me seek another device. I cannot afford to spend 45 minutes or more trying to find solutions every time it updates or as it's done now, a feature just stops working. I'm heavily involved in a few projects and can easily remain at my computer for hours at a time. I really need that reminder to move.

Hi, thank you for sharing that you've been having this issue with your Inspire 2, @DrDina.
Let me know if you're having trouble to receive any other type of notifications or if this is happening only with the reminders to move. In the meantime, make sure this feature is turned on following these steps:
If the feature is already turned on, you can also try changing the time when you can receive reminders to move. You can change the hours or days of the week that you track your hourly activity goal (for example, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays). You can find more information in this article.
In the meantime, make sure the Do Not Disturb Mode and the Sleep Mode features are turned off, as these features prevent the device from vibrating and receiving notifications, reminders and goal celebrations. In case this is a problem related to the app, please try the following as well:
Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience and all this information. The team continues to work to improve the Fitbit experience and your feedback is big part of that process.
