Inspire 2 Screen Blacks out - and Freezes during Exercises

Whenever I start an exercise on the Inspire 2 - within several minutes the screen blacks out and the device is unresponsive - until I take it off and plug it into the charger then it pops back to live...  The exercise isn't fully tracked - the tracking stops when it freezes.

 

Its away from my wrist and I've rebooted - any suggestions?
