Inspire 2 - Stopped working all together

I am very disappointed that my Fitbit will not work anymore. I get the app on my phone but the watch itself seems to have stopped working. Is their a life expectancy I don't know about?

Hi @LYoder  which device? It varies with the style and how many of the features you're using. Some people have had a year, some as many as five years. The discontinued One and Zip styles have been going for many more years. Sometimes a restart to the Fitbit helps get things going again.

@LYoder  be sure it's charged and you're using the latest app. A restart can often help, too.
