Inspire 2 alarms won't sync

Hello, my inspire 2's silent alarm won't sync, this it does not go off. I have tried rebooting the device, restarting phone, but still won't sync. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I hope I understand your issue correctly. I’m wondering if some of your settings under alarm are not set properly. When I try to sync as indicated so the alarm will be saved properly, it
won't. Thanks!

Hello again @Acuamy42 

Is your Inspire 2 showing on the list of connected devices on your Bluetooths mobile device? If so, try turning your Bluetooth off then on again. Also try restarting your phone as well.

Now my phone will not pair with my inspire. Just be be clear it was paired
with the inspire 10 minutes ago before I toggled it
Super frustrating. My charge 3 never had an issue.

Open up your Fitbit App @Acuamy42  and try syncing your Fitbit tracker by swiping the app downward.
