Hi
I'm a new Fitbit user and I'm having some problems with the alarms.
Last night I created an alarm for 8:30 pm, using the app running on an android phone, to test how it worked. The alarm went off fine. I then edited that alarm to 7 am this morning, and synced the device. The app showed the device sync'd. However, the device still showed an alarm for 8:30 pm. I then used the app to delete that alarm and created a new alarm and once again sync'd. The device still said I had one alarm for 8:30 pm. I then used the app to delete both alarms and once again sync'd but again the device is still showing an alarm for 8:30 pm.
Can anyone suggest what I am doing wrong?

The Inspire 2 seemed to end up stuck on alarms and needed resetting by attaching the charging base. Is this normal?
