Inspire 2 and Fitbit screw up with the change to Standard Time

My hourly activity reminders, which should be 9AM-6PM, now are an hour earlier, 8-5.  A clear glitch related to the switch to Standard Time.  Fitbit regularly, predictably, has a problem synching personal dashboard settings when the time changes in the fall and late winter (since the beginning of March still is winter, y'all).  I can't seem to change them using the Settings wheel - the start/stop fields are frozen.  I am unable to click on them to change the times.  What to do??

@NDC3138   This is a known issue that happens twice a year.  Don’t try to fix it today.  Should be fine tomorrow.

I joined in October 2013 and have lots of experience with this.
