Question. On my app with my inspire 2, it says it comes with one year free premium. Yet when I log on the laptop, it only comes with a three month premium. Why the discrepancy and how can we fix that?

Hello @1justwalking2 and welcome to the Community. Your Inspire 2 is optimized to work with the mobile app. The web dashboard at fitbit.com is out of date for many features and that might explain it. Please use the mobile app.
