Inspire 2 and pairing with new Matrix cardio equipment

our gym just received very high tech Matrix cardio machines with consoles. They have a setting to connect and pair heart monitors. In fact, they have a one button application for Apple and Googler watches but a page thru for other heart monitors. The technician tried to pair my Inspire 2, first with Bluetooth and then with Bluetooth off as it is suggested for heart monitors. We could not get it to pair no matter how we tried. So, it is still paired with my iPhone and the Fitbit app, but not the new machines. Is there any way to pair my Inspire to the the Matrix console or is it not pairable? Thanks

@skibum6   AFAIK, A Fitbit can only connect to the Fitbit app.
