My son gave me inspire 2 for christmas. My phone is not compatible with the fitbit app nor is my laptop. We thought my kindle would work. Nope. I am not buying a new phone just for this. Why couldn't you keep the old version for people like me that don't live for cell phones. I've had the same phone for 7 years. Apparently you got rid of the old version right before he gave it to me. Very disappointed. VERY.

Hi there, @fortes. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for the details provided, and for your efforts while working on this. Before anything else, let me explain that the Inspire 2 was optimized to work with Android and iOS devices to ensure its connectivity and the performance. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and my best advice is to borrow a compatible mobile device from a friend or relative so you can connect your tracker. Once you've synced, you can see your data on the Website Dashboard.
See you around.
