Inspire 2 app doesnt update with the same info as the watch

I have synced my phone and Inspire 2, I have rebooted the inspire and even turned off & on the blue tooth in an attempt to get the Fitbit app to display the correct steps, calories, etc as the Inspire 2 without any luck. Also nothing else seems to be recording in the app. Sleep function stopped over a month ago. I also have to clean the back of my inspire with rubbing alcohol to be able to charge it.

@Jschumaker , Welcome to the community! Thank you for your messages .

It appears that you both have MobileTrack on.

This feature uses the phone's sensors to count steps. This is for when you have left your Fitbit at home (e.g. while charging). Please make sure MobileTrack is not activated.
It may happen that the steps recorded with the cell phone overwrite those of the Inspire 2.

In the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon (top left corner).
There you will see the devices linked to your account.
If you see the Mobile Device Active option, tap it and remove it from the account.
