Inspire 2 asking me to download the app when it is already downloaded

My Fitbit Inspire 2 is constantly scrolling that I need to download the Fitbit mobile app. It's already downloaded!! Now I can't get back to my dashboard for anything 😡

Hi there @Cbos1215. Welcome to the Community. 

The screen that your device is showing is the one that normally comes with a brand-new device. It seems that your Inspire 2 lost the connection with your app, and it thinks that is not set up. With this in mind, I suggest setting up your Inspire 2 again. Please see "How do I set up my Fitbit device?" to do so.

That was my thought as well. I ordered another Fitbit tracker (Inspire 3)
so I'm going to wait for the new one to arrive to set up. Thanks for your
reply.
