Hello all, 

I noticed that my fitbit inspire 2 is not auto recognizing my eliptical exercises as work outs in the fitbit app, however it is still tracking them as zone minutes. Any idea why? Or even how to fix it? I'm also just curious if anyone else has been having this issue. Thanks!

Thanks for the details regarding the issue with your Inspire 2.

 

I'd suggest you to perform the following troubleshooting steps in the Fitbit app:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  4. Check if the elliptical exercises are available now.

Also, in case your tracker is not transferring data to the Fitbit app on your phone, follow the instructions enlisted here.
