Mine broken where the band shaft goes into. Just a little peice that fell off. Maybe it broke off when I wore it to sleep and inadvertantly tugged on it. Seen other people crazy glue/epoxy the whole band in there. Found a less intrusive solution. Just epoxy the little piece that fell off back in. Broken piece and its mating surface is a perfect fit. Will epoxy well if clean and able to put pressure on it.
- Clean off both side of the surface to be epoxyed really well. I use nearly 100% Isopropyl alcohol.
- Mix and apply thin layer of epoxy over the surface. Toothpick works welll as an applicator
- Find a way to stand up the fitbit so its small weight can maintain pressure on the epoxy surface. Let it dry for a day or so.
Mine has worked perfect for a few days now.
