Is anyone else having problems with the pin on the band coming loose. It’s happening several times a day. I bought a replacement (on Amazon) which does the same. The pin isn’t secure once the band is attached on one side. The other is ok. I’m worried I’m going to lose the device- lucky so far that it’s stayed in my sleeve. Any suggestions?

Thanks, the problem is the pin doesn’t stay in. It doesn’t seem to click when the second side goes in so the pin is loose. I’m not sure how I can get it to stay in place. It’s really annoying. I’m surprised nobody else seems to be having the same problem!!

I am having the exact issue. The band just keeps popping off and the pins come off. I’ve even lost a pin already. Have tried switching out with pins from my gray band into my rose gold band but the problem continues. Very frustrating...

Just got my Fitbit Inspire 2, exact same problem, falls off many times a day, can't even try to sleep with it on. Yes I putting on properly the pin simply does not lock. Terrible design.

My daughter has the same problem. She had a Fitbit for Christmas and the strap won’t stay on at all. It lasted the first couple of weeks, and then it came off and now won’t stay on at all. The longer strap that came with the Fitbit won’t stay on either. It’s as good as useless.

Been a loyal Fitbit user with 3 previous devices in the family. The Inspire 2 has been frustrating to the point of “inspiring” me to return it. Unfortunately it was purchased in November as a Christmas gift to myself and the return period on Amazon ended Jan. 31.
If I fall sleep with it on when I awake it’s off my wrist. If I take off a light jacket, it falls off. If I remove a shirt, it falls off. The casing is made of plastic and each time the pins pull away it drags across the plastic, distorting the original shape & pin hole.
I purchased a mesh Fitbit product band but the 1st one would not fit into the sides as designed. Fitbit promptly sent a replacement but now with the plastic so damaged from the pins it won’t stay in the device either.
I have a nice mesh band I can’t use & a device I’m fearful of losing or having it break when it falls off.

My inspire2 isn’t even 2 months old and continues to “pop off” as I describe it. It seems the pins don’t fully stay in the device. Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, me too…..and now it fell off and I don’t know where. Been missing almost a week with no luck using blue tooth finder. Battery appears to be dead now. Bummed…

Hi, I am having the same issue.
I just got my Fitbit for Christmas and it seems that every time I move my wrist wrong or do anything, the straps just come right off. I have insured they are properly installed and that doesn’t help anything.
