Inspire 2 band

I've had my Inspire 2 fitbit for just over 6 months now and when I tried to change the band it didn't work. They won't stay in and even when I go back to the original bands they once again won't stay in and they just keep disconnecting. I've read different guides, watched videos, and even read peoples blog posts and yet they won't stay in. What do I do?

@Dahlia06 did you get it figured out? My Inspire 2 is about 8 months old and it has started to do this. I originally had the Luxe and my sister had the inspire 2, she couldn't deal with the side touch so I switched. Now I'm wishing I hadn't, this is becoming ridiculous. I've changed bands, I only take it off when I'm showering, I'm at a point I would rather just buy a new one. However, I think every 8 months for replacement is going to get expensive. I haven't reached out to support yet, it is on my list of things to do if I can't figure this out soon.
