My one year old Inspire battery is dying. Lucky to last 48 hrs fully charged. Just about all features are turned off. Watch purchased from Fitbit May of 2023. Suggestions.

SERIOUSLY, pay more money for another defective Fitbit battery and take a chance sending the watch in to be replace and Fitbit sending it back saying there is nothing wrong with it. If Fitbit knows their batteries are this defective, why should I give you more money for the same thing to happen? All features I paid for, except sleep, have been turned off since I bought the watch in May of 2024 for Mother's Day and its been a downhill slide since Sept. THANK YOU...

Honestly I wouldn't recommend buying another fitbit. I put mine on water lock and after that it wouldn't hold a charge. I was offered a small discount on the purchase of a new one but it wasnt replaced as it was over a year since purchased. The waterlock malfunctioned but I guess it's somehow my fault. With the discount applied it's more than what was paid for it the first time. So why waste my money?

Yip, agree. Fitbit, after multiple calls Fitbit offered to sell me an extended warranty on a 13 month old watch. Why would a sane person put more money in a defective watch after multiple in warranty calls to them resettingvthe watch, which does not work.
