My Inspire 2 is only like 6 months old. I don't recall when, maybe a month ago, it went from lasting weeks without charging to not lasting even a day. I've owned several fitbit devices and I know they lose battery capacity over time. But it usually happens slowly and predictably over years. This happened so suddenly that I have to believe that it is a problem with the device itself or a firmware update. Please, someone help me understand why this is happening.
Update: Also, to preemptively answer what I see other forums mentioning, I am doing nearly all the "extend your battery life" tips on the help forums. So some other advice, please!

Hi there, @GriffinM. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the battery on your Inspire 2 is draining quickly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have an Inspire 2 and report that the battery is not lasting as expected, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
This form is only meant for you to use, so let me know once you’re done. Click here to get access to it.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
