Inspire 2 - battery icon on my main screen

My battery icon on my main screen keeps flashing what should I do

Same issue here. No explanation anywhere. Fully charged yesterday now this morning the whole battery icon is flashing.

Could you please attach a picture of the battery icon on your reply, so that I can see what you see on the Inspire 2?
In the meantime please  follow these steps

1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger  .
2. Connect your device to the charging cable  for at least 30 minutes. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?  
3. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
4. Release the buttons. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

I had this issue tonight and I’ve just rebooted it and it’s fixed it so might be worth trying that 🙂
