Aspire2 doesn't seem to be charging.

Thank you for sharing the situation that you are experiencing with your Inspire 2.

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

My inspire hr isn't charging either.

The fitbit response was ineffective and frankly useless.

This last update has ruined many devices, maybe free replacements would be an appropriate solution.
