Inspire 2 battery ran down

The fitbit Inspire 2 is an absolute mess. Buying a watch off a dollar store would have given more value and customer care isn't helpful. Such a huge shame I would be moving away from fitbit products.

It's so sad that I got this watch and the battery ran down . I am generally careful with my items. I didn't swim with it, I maintained good care and I am surprised the watch is dead.

Fitbit has a bad customer service . I reached out and was literally told I would have to suffer for a defect in the product...tell me about how the product is no longer under warranty. A wrist watch bought from a dollar store would most probably have given better value.  My friends have also complained about the thrashy treatment they got after their wrist watch packed up in a short while .This is very sad. Within a year of purchase, the watch had moments when it chose not to work !

Hello @Kaffs1 , it's good to see you around in the Community forums.

I'm very sorry to see that you've experienced trouble with the battery of your Inspire 2. It's particularly difficult when the device is no longer covered by the warranty, but even tough Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding the Fitbit products and customer service; comments from users are always useful to continue to improving the quality of products and services.
