Inspire 2 battery suddenly losing power in a day

I have had my Inspire2 for only about 7 months. Yesterday it started to drop battery power quickly and by end of the day the battery was completely depleted. I charged it last night and a few hours into the day today, it has already dropped by more than 50%. Prior to this, the battery life has always lasted me around 10-12 days. Also, it will randomly vibrate and also switch on to water lock mode without it even having touched water. What is going on and how can I fix this problem?

Yes I’ve seen this before and have done all that applies to my Inspire 2 but it does not help. This issue happened suddenly from one day to the next. I think there is a problem with the device.

Hi, I only started using my Inspire 2 from 1st January 2022 and after the first charge which lasted about 10 days, my device loses charge twice in 24 hours. Random apps turn on, the screen locks and then it's completely dead until I hook up the charger and it shows 3% battery. While the clock face is on, the steps, calories etc at the bottom of the screen keep flashing on and off. This doesn't seem normal. Is the device defective? I have used Inspire HR prior to this one and had no trouble with it. Can you please help?
