Has anyone experienced a peak in breathing rate recently? My breathing rate is normally around 15bpm. Last night it spiked to 25bpm?
My other readings were normal, heart rate 59, HRV 60?
I am hoping it's an inaccurate reading? Just wondered if anyone else had experienced similar and if this seems cause for concern?
Thanks

This happened to me last night, too! I’m normally about 13 and it spiked to 24 last night. I was super restless and then had a long period of REM. It happened to me once last Fall too. I was thinking maybe I had super vivid dreams or I had my pillow over my head and it was covering my mouth and nose restricting air. My heart rate also stayed in the 50’s. It’s concerned me all day, maybe it was a glitch!

How weird on the same night. Hopefully it was a glitch. I've been a but anxious lately but even then it would be a very high spike.
Hopefully it's a one off.
My heart rate is normally during the day so hoping it's nothing untoward?

Weird. I have a Fitbit sense, but that happened to me too last night. My breathing rate is usually 13 and it spiked to 22! I was definitely nervous when I saw that. I wonder if this was a thing that happened last night to other people.

Interesting. I did read that you can have panic attacks in your sleep. I’m anxious enough as it is, lol. Let’s just vote it’s a glitch.
