Inspire 2 blank screen not responding to anything

Hi, My dad's inspire 2 fit bit is frozen on a blank screen. I have tried absolutely everything and the app won't even load the 'what are you setting up' screen after reinstalling. I've tried everything and it's just not working. Please can you advice ? Is the fitbit now faulty?

I'd like to know if you see some light back in the tracker? or do you feel any vibration on it?

Did you unpair the tracker from the Fitbit app?
