Had a working Inspire 2 until a few hours ago, applied the firmware update only to find it's dead with a blank screen.
Contacted and worked with support only to find it's "dead" and nothing else can be done.
As a result been given 35% off a new Fitbit but yet it was their FIRMWARE that killed it! FFS.
What can I do?
Great sales idea, apply firmware, kill your device and then you can buy another, this SUCKS!
