I got this Fitbit to count calories whilst I exercise. When I wake up it says I have already burned over 1000 calories for that day, how do I see how many calories I’ve burned during one work out? I know it auto tracks calories but there’s no chance I’ve burned over 1000 calories by 7am. I just want to be able to see what I burn whilst exercising and having the inaccurate auto tracker makes it confusing, is there an option to do this?

" there’s no chance I’ve burned over 1000 calories by 7am"
Not so. You are always burning calories, even when asleep, if you are breathing, and your heart is beating. These are BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories which are usually more than half of your daily calorie burn. And these BMR calories are credited even when you are not wearing the watch.

I go to sleep at 1am and wake up at 6:45am and it says I’ve already burned 1300 calories, is that right? All I wanted the Fitbit for was to track calories burned whilst exercising but I am struggling to be able to do this
