I've checked deleted, reinstalled and rebooted. I still can't get the today tab to work 😫 and therefore can't set an alarm. Has anyone got the answer? I'm beginning to think I'm searching for the Holy Grail. Maybe they should just admit defeat and give us back the old app!

I'm not quite sure what you meant by :"I still can't get the today tab to work"
What do you see when you open the app?
Does it freezes, does it not load?
Does it show your stats and tiles?
The more information you can provide the better the Community can help you further!
In the meantime, please go to the settings on your phone>Apps> Fitbit App and clear the cache.
Restart your phone (off/on)
Try to load the dashboard on the app again.

Thank you Juan. It just doesn't load. As for clearing the cache there is no option for that in my settings

Sorry Juan I found the clear cache cleared it and restarted phone to no avail.

Please go to fitbit.com and log in. Verify there, if you can see the data from the latest days. If the data is there, it means that even if the app is not working properly, your Inspire 2 is syncing your data to your account correctly.
We are releasing a new app version this week. Keep an eye open, in case it is available for you. Once updated, let me know if the issue persists.
