Inspire 2 connected to broken phone through Tile

I have already contacted Tile, and it is not their issue. The fitbit has been removed from the account attached to the broken phone, but still shows as connected. Restarting the fitbit does not change anything. There are no issues connecting to the Fitbit app. Any ideas? The old phone is not salvageable at all.
