Inspire 2 connectivity to iPad

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Inspire 2 has been connected to App on my Apple Ipad, however I now cannot connect to app when I need to synchronise the time on my watch which is 5 minutes behind.  I have rebooted the watch and deleted app and reinstalled app, have made different accounts with different email addresses and nothing seems to be able to connect my watch.  I get a code on the watch which starts to connect with app then it eventually times out before connection is made.  Please can you give me any help on getting my phone connected.  My watch is only 9 months old.

@Bella9999 , A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your message.
Please make sure that the iPad can install the latest Fitbit app.

Also verify that you have the latest app version installed.

In the meantime, please follow these steps, some you have already done, but the order is important:

  • Restart your Inspire 2.
  • Please on the phone, go to Settings>Bluetooth and remove all connections that exist with the tracker. (Forget, ignore or unpair device depending on the phone's operating system version)
  • Turn off Bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  • When the phone is back on, turn the Bluetooth on again, but DO NOT try to connect to the tracker from there.
  • Go on the app. From here, try setting up the tracker as a new device.
