My Inspire 2 keeps pressing the display on its own all the time. When the display is on, it permanently scrolls through the stats (just like it would if I pressed the display repeatedly myself). When I go into menus, I can hardly navigate because the display is pressed on its own all the time. Plus, the battery runs down like crazy (40% within 1 day, as opposed to the normal 35% in a week).
My device showed this symptom before a while ago (see community question https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Inspire-Trackers/Inspire-2-Screen-Keeps-Shifting-Buttons-Press...). This time, neither a reset nor changing the clock face helped. Is there anything else I can do, or is the device broken?
