Inspire 2- dance aerobic

I seem to be having problems with my inspire 2 sending my aerobic exercise to my account. I did a 35 minute dance aerobic exercise this morning and it never recorded as exercise it just recorded the steps. It was quite a vigorous session. In the end I have had to add it manually. It happened also just over a week ago but eventually it did recognise the workout but today it’s not. I tried another session this afternoon and as yet it’s still not come in as exercise only steps. I have not changed any settings. Is anyone else having problems.

Welcome to the community forums @MaisieB1

Thanks for the details regarding your Inspire 2.

Before considering other aspects, I'd suggest you to perform a restart.

Usually, the activities are recognized automatically when you keep active for at least 15 minutes. A pause in between can interrupt the tracking.

The minimum length for an activity to be tracked can be changed in the settings. I suggest you to change it to 10 minutes: Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Activity and wellness>exercise, there you can change the minimum length for each individual activity.
