Inspire 2 did sync but it doesn't work anymore

My fitbit Inspire 2 used to sync with my Fairphone 3 (Android 10). Connectivity seems to be partially lost. I tried: turn Bluetooth on and off; remove and reinstall Fitbit app; restart the Inspire 2. When I try to reconnect the device through the app, the App manages to find the device - then I am asked to fill out the pairing code. After filling this out the pairing starts and takes forever -> this is as far as I managed to get. Any tips?

Exactly the same as me. Have you solved ir? My fitbit now also tells the wrong time.

Thanks - no I haven't managed to solve it. Same here, my Fitbit now also mentions the wrong time.

Solved it (for the moment!!) I switched off

automatic time zone on phone then reset it and miraculously my fitbit connected to bluetooth and synced.

I also tried this - switched off automatic time zone, restarted both phone and fitbit. Unfortunately this doesn't solve it.

Update: suddenly, my phone started syncing with Fitbit again! There is no apparent reason why it works again. I did not change any settings and did not reset. I am happy.

Inspire 2 is absolutely useless - spent 30 mins and more trying to get my iphone to synch. Never again. utter crap.

My Inspire 2 stopped tracking heart, sleep…the only thing it still tracks is steps.  I tried everything. I called customer support.  They said that they were working on a patch and would email me when it was ready.  That was a week ago….

Mine stopped on EXACTLY the same date.  I think it was something updated. I called customer support…still not working…If all it is capable of is steps I don’t need it.  My phone will track steps.
