Hello! I got the inspire 2 for my mom as a Christmas gift. The only thing she seems to be unhappy about is that it is difficult to see when she is walking outside. I don’t know if there is a brightness setting that can be changed or is this common complaint with this Fitbit? Any suggestions or help from customer service? Thanks for your time and help?

Yes, the screen can be adjusted to be brighter (which is really a matter of turning OFF the screen dimming), but it doesn't help a whole lot. I think this is a common complaint.

You actually have to do two things: take it out of "sleep" mode and turn off the screen dimming.
