Inspire 2 display doesn't illuminate

FaceDisplay does not illuminate at all,  except for a second when disconnecting from the charging port. Green light on the underside is flashing.

Hi, @DeereGirl , I would recommend giving your Inspire 2 a Restart .  You should also try changing the clock face on your Inspire 2.  You can do this in your app.  The instructions are Here .  You must sync your Fitbit whenever you make changes in the app so that they are reflected on your device.

These two steps will often solve a blank display, so I hope this works for you.  Good luck and let us know how it goes.  Welcome to the forums!
