Inspire 2 display is black

I received this Inspire 2 fitbit as a Christmas gift. It has NEVER worked right. It has never recorded any sleep information, continually has the water lock note, never has displayed a heart rate or active zone info, and now the screen is completely black!  😡
My previous 2 fitbits worked well, but the band broke on one and the other one wouldn’t charge. I want one that works!!

I restarted the fitbit, and the screen is no longer black. But the rest of the issues are still there:  NO SLEEP INFO,…. NO HEART RATE, …. NO ACTIVE ZONE INFO.  These sections have NEVER worked, and still don’t.

Now I am unable to swipe the screen up or down!  I can only see the time or the Water Lock note. I WANT A NEW DEVICE OR MY MONEY BACK!!  How do I make that happen???

hey this happened to me today! i suggest you get in touch with customer service. if your warranty is still active they’ll be able to send you a replacement for free
